The official requirement
The registration requires two adult witnesses with legal capacity, each presenting an identity document. The conditions of the government service are published by the Public Service Development Agency of Georgia: sda.gov.ge — Marriage registration.

- an adult;
- a person with legal capacity;
- holding a valid identity document;
- citizenship and family relationship with the couple are not decisive.
If you are travelling as a couple only

If you would rather have friends or relatives travelling with you as witnesses, just tell us in advance and we will include their documents in the preparation.
